If your order is faulty, wrongly described, incorrect or otherwise in breach of Australian Consumer Law, then we will fulfil our legal obligations and remedy this situation. We will provide either full store credit, a full refund of your purchase or send you a replacement product. Reach out to us at hello@thepositivepiece.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be able to help you out.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind returns.
