Where are your puzzles designed and manufactured?

The idea for The Positive Piece was born in Sydney, Australia. Our puzzles themselves are designed in Australia and manufactured in China.

How are you minimising your impact on the environment?

Here at The Positive Piece, we are mindful of our environmental footprint and we value transparency in our processes.

We designed the packaging of our products with as little plastic as possible. Each puzzle board is made out of 100% recycled paper, zipped up in a reusable canvas pouch and boxed in a cardboard paper box. For our first round of inventory, we used small paper stickers to secure the box. As we are growing, we have made the decision to shrink wrap our puzzles to protect the integrity of the white boxes. Plastic shrink wrap is a recyclable soft plastic which you can recycle at any Woolworths near you in Australia (learn more here).

We are also mindful of the way we ship your products to you. Every puzzle box is protected with kraft paper void fill, placed in a cardboard box and secured with kraft paper tape. We ship all our puzzle products 100% carbon neutral.

Our frames are large, delicate glass products. Bubble wrap is used to ensure the frames are shipped to you in one piece. Here is an article on 20 creative ways to reuse bubble wrap.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Afterpay, ShopPay, ApplePay and GooglePay.

How do pre-orders work?

We ship out both pre-order and in-stock items in one order when the pre-ordered item comes back in stock. If you would like to receive your in-stock items beforehand, please make two separate orders. We do not offer split delivery.

What should I do if I want to update or cancel my order?

Send us an email at as soon as possible if you would like to update or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we are unable to process requests after we have created your shipping label and dispatched your order.

Can I sell The Positive Piece in my store?
